1) Conducted initial and final surveys of the citizens’ satisfaction from customer service in municipal, government and private offices.
2) Developed materials for training course for customer service improvement
3) Published brochure to promote the principles of good customer service
4) Organised eight training courses for municipal and tax officers, hotel managers, SME managers, bank employees.
