Small Enterprises Strategic Development Training

SHORT DESCRIPTION
The project STRATEGY-TRAIN intends to develop a learning programme about enterprise strategy and strategic management
for decision makers in small enterprises. The programme will be based on learning models, a curriculum and (e-)learning
content which are flexible enough to address the specific needs of the target group (e.g. time and place flexibility), are adoptable and modular (e.g. different backgrounds, sectors) and reflect the practical needs of the end users. Therefore a blended learning approach will be applied containing on-line and on-site elements. For trainers, tutors, coaches and consultants the project will provide guidelines how to implement the training programme to meet the target groups needs.

TARGET GROUPS
STRATEGY-TRAIN focuses on small enterprises (< 50 employees)
Primary target group: Managers / owners / decision makers in these enterprises
Secondary target group: trainers, coaches, consultants

FUNDING
STRATEGY-TRAIN has been selected for co-financing under the Lifelong Learning Programme, Leonardo da Vinci.
