настоящата процедура за предоставяне на безвъзмездна финансова помощ не се
изисква собствено участие (съфинансиране) от страна на кандидата.

1. Обща цел: Настоящата схема цели да
спомогне за прилагане на иновативни стратегии за развитие на човешките ресурси
в предприятията, стимулиращи въвеждането на различни гъвкави форми на заетост.
Чрез настоящата операция ще се реализират мерки, гарантиращи устойчива заетост
за лицата над 55 години, като едновременно с това ще се използва техния
професионален опит за провеждане на обучения на работното място и повишаване на
капацитета на останалите служители в предприятията.
Продължителността на договор по Процедурата за безвъзмездна
финансова помощ не може да бъде по-малка от 18 месеца.
2.
Размер на безвъзмездната финансова помощ:
Всяка сума, разпределена за осъществяването на този проект, трябва
да се вмества в следните минимални и максимални граници:
- Минималната допустима стойност на един проект е 50
000 лева.
- Максималната допустима стойност
на един проект не може да надхвърля - 390
000 лева.
ВАЖНО:
По процедурата за предоставяне на безвъзмездна финансова помощ не се изисква собствено участие
(съфинансиране) от страна на кандидата.
